Here we have another nice one with a powerful message. Screaming monkey, screaming jaguar and kind of blood crying indigenous person. Above all is written "Resistencia", means resistance. Could be that it was made by purpose this way with the writing. It is in bright red and looks alarming, even blood-like. The message would fit to the painting and the painful yowling animals. With the indigenous person it could be a message against detroying their habitats and the nature, as well the two animals, baboon and jaguar are typical for Paraguay, but meanwhile endangered. But it could be as well that it was additionaly cross writting on it afterwards from somebody else. Even if it is, it just reinforces the mural. We found this fascinating artwork around the harbour area at some old ruin buildings and half standing factory walls. Check out as well the other postings from Asunción and also from the other city collections. All the series will continue.
