The city of Valparaiso is half on the beach and the other side is build into the mountains. The Cerros. Each of them is covered with art, there are heaps of wonderful murals on all the houses and every cerro is a bit different. We found this watching and hiding around a corner on Cerro Polanco. Fantastic!
