The Glocksee Street in the urban district Calenberg Neustadt of Hannover is just one big awesome piece of color and paintings. There is a selforganized kindergarden, a children and youth center for social and culture work, the self-governed event locations Café Glocksee and Indiego, an theater and the headquarters of the theater network and last but not least, the Hall of Fame. There you find graffiti of its best. But the street in front of it is quite different, these artworks are more like huge paintings, big murals with people and scenes mixed with good stencils, some tagging and smaller graffitis.

The artists painted it together with the people who live there. Who are the artists themselves of cours, but as well other people, children and just the neighborhood network. So you can see a lot of comic figures, playing children or just people doing community things which works like a nice colorful mirror how they want to create their own street and place. Very nice!
