How many hours do you spend Online? have you ever thought about the pre Facebook and if you are old enough the pre Internet era. Society today has also become non existent in the nature of actually Socializing in person. Today we walk around in an Ocean of people buried so deep in their cell phones, it seems they have become an extension of the Electronic they are carrying. Sometimes we even forget the Date, Time and even the direction in which we are going. Has this technology created a Society of the Faceless.
Childhood
Back before all of the new innovations children would fill the streets and almost every yard would have them playing. Our Parents would tell us "Be Home by Dark" and we jumped at the chance to go Outside. Today Society on the outside has turned into this Desolate wasteland, where there is not a soul in site. Online has become the new Playground and has taken the Exercise factor of playing completely out of the equation. Children are now anti Social and scared when it comes to meeting new people. What has Society done to our Kids.
Danger of Electronic Fatalities
Let me explain, since the release of this new technology and the integration of the Internet into our Society, we have come into a new realm of Predators and Danger. Look at the Warnings we now see about Not texting and Driving, because f the huge rise in Accidents and Fatalities due to people playing with these devices at times of needed Concentration. People are being killed when meeting up to buy stuff from people they have never met. Children are being hunted by Predators who no longer have to roam around looking for Victims, but instead have a Buffet of them served up Via Chat room or Online Game. Our Society has become Faceless.
Technology might End it all
We have all seen the Terminator Movies and yeah I am going to aim this section at just that. Computers have become so smart that their Artificial intelligence has by passed the actual Human intelligence and has become a necessity for us to know where we are going and what to do in an Emergency. We have become to reliant on this new technology and might be setting our selves up for a disastrous End. Help make our Society real again, put down the Controller and the Cell Phones and go outside, visit a park or hang out with friends. We can not rely on technology to tell us who we are and where we should go.
