I found these nice ostrich door guards in the streets of Palermo in Montevideo. Fantastic artwork! Of course you cannot capture the feeling and the whole view how it looks like on the street. But it had an awesome effect to walk around the corner and to see those fellows focussing you and watching over the home door. Much better than any security camera. The eyes are just brilliant drawn and tell you "Don´t make a wrong step... like inside without permission!" And you know.... ostriches can run very fast and you should not make them angry...
