In April, at Fort Lauderdale , RM Sotheby's will sale at auction this all blue 1971 Intermeccanica Italia Spyder.
History
Intermeccanica was founded in Torino in 1959 by Frank Reisner. Later it moved first to the US, and in 1981 to Vancouver (Canada). First they produced speed equipment kits for Renault, Simca, Peugeot... In 1960, it started to produce car, The Puch, Apollo GT with International Motor Cars, Veltro, Griffith 600, and the Italia Spyder.
This Intermeccanica Italia Spyder retains it original Ford V8 engine with a five-speed tranmission (four-speed originally). Great restauration with this all blue interior...
